Institutional Reforms & Digital Empowerment
• Model Bye-Laws adopted in 32 States/UTs enable 1+ lakh Primary Agricultural
Credit Societies (PACS) to diversify into 25+ activities including dairy, water, fuel,
and pharma services.
• Digital transformation through ERP-based computerization of 70,641 PACS (59,810
onboarded), linked with NABARD.
• New platforms by NCCF/NAFED streamline MSP procurement, while a National
Cooperative Database and Ranking Framework ensure transparency.

Infrastructure and Income Expansion
• 20,700+ new cooperatives formed; 7,100+ dairy societies strengthened.
• World’s largest grain storage plan launched: 11 pilot godowns (9,750 MT) and 500
more underway.
• Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) act as:
